Pale garnet color. Raspberry, strawberry, and violets on the nose, as well as some earthy and black pepper notes. Mid-plus acidity, mid-minus tannins, and high alcohol (14.1% abv). On the palate there is some sweeter notes (red cherry), probably in part due to the relatively high alcohol. Overall this is a very well balanced and pleasant, though not overly complex, wine. Will benefit from some more bottle-aging.
Huge flavor; tannic. Opens nicely.

On the palate, the texture is lush and mouth-coating, but well-balanced. Together, they provide definition and intensity, followed by refined, silky tannins. The finish is quite long, with beautiful cherry notes.

Suave, silky and precise, offering sweet strawberry and raspberry flavors and a deeper note of bitter cherry. Nicely balanced and pure, with very good finishing clarity and length.
