Perhaps too much oak, but also apples. Pleasantly tart and refreshing. A great summer wine; works well even with non-traditional meat pairings (ie, burgers and hot dogs).
Oak and subtle hints of mineral danced around on this one, along with a splash of honeydew. Was killer with those rising temps. outside.
I think this is the one we drank for our August wine club. It was the favorite of the group- light and dry.
