Domaine de Villalin Quincy 2012

Winemaker's Notes:

Grape harvest made by hand. Vinification under controlled temperature made only with natural grape yeast. Bright, with fresh notes of citrus and white flowers, good mouthfeel. To have as aperitif, with fish and seafood, with goat cheese.

Possesses a nervy acidity, with fresh lime and stone character. Very clean and fresh, and a great example of Quincy, which was the first village in the Loire Valley to gain AOC status.
