Domaine de Veilloux Cheverny Blanc 2011
A blend of Menu Pineau - a variety that has become nearly extinct in the Loire Valley - and Sauvignon Blanc, this is a bright and snappy white wine with notes of lime, lemon, honey, and flinty minerality. While Menu Pineau is not a common grape, this wine is very indicative of the Loire Valley.
