Domaine de Triennes originated as the joint venture of Burgundian producers Jacques Seysses and Aubert de Villaine and Parisian financier Michel Macaux; it is a 115-acre vineyard on an estate northeast of Marseilles and due east of Aix-en-Provence. Their rosé is a Cinsault-dominated blend made from free-run juice and fermented in stainless steel.
