Domaine de Triennes Rosé Blend Vin de Pays du Var Rosé 2008
This dry and mineral-driven rosé from Provence is an absolute knockout! Fresh aromas of ripe canteloupe spring from the glass and draw you in instantly. The crisp and steely palate is full of stone fruit flavors, showing bold notes of juicy white peach and apricot. A beautiful pale salmon hue is the cherry on top. An immensely satisfying rosé!
External Reviews for Domaine de Triennes Rosé Blend Vin de Pays du Var Rosé
A truly special dry rosé, with aromas of fresh peaches and strawberries, and even a bit of pineapple flavor on the palate. Mineral notes show up quite clearly, thanks to the clay and limestone soils in which the vines grow. The "Triennes" bottling comes from a partnership of wineries located in the Var sub-region of eastern France, due north of Bandol.
