Instead it is a Vin De Pays des Bouches DuRhône. Time has supported Eloi in his determination to produce the bestpossible wine from the distinctive limestone terroir, its location stark anddramatic, beautiful in the extreme. Berry Bros & Rudd review: This wine is perhaps at an awkward stage in its evolution, but the nose iscurrently dominated by a not altogether pleasant beetrooty and slightly greennote suggesting slightly under-ripe Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate it hasdry tannins too, though behind there is a savoury, schisty class with a longfinish. For now, we can give it only a cautious thumbs up. note suggesting slightly under-ripe Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate it has
dry tannins too, though behind there is a savoury, schisty class with a long
