- Jean-Pierre de Smet's cellar master described the Domaine's '00s as very ripe and rather delicate with supple tannins, lowish acidities and essentially characterized them as wines of pleasure. Because of their rather tender and accessible natures, he says the wines will be bottled earlier than normal to better preserve freshness.
