Tasting Notes: AWARDS: GOLD MEDAL CGA PARIS 2006 SILVER MEDAL MACON 2006 TASTING NOTES: Matured black fruits and zan. Powerful mouth with silky tannins of an exceptional complexity. One of the best vintages produced at la Sauveuse.

Percentage Grape: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon 40% Syrah 15% Mourvèdre 5% Grenache

Vinification Method: Malolactic fermentaion Aged in French oak barrel for 12 months

Alcohol Percentage: 13.5 %

Sugar Rate: 0-5 g/l
