Domaine de la Janasse Châteauneuf-du-Pape Cuvée Chaupin(2001)
This 100% grenache vintage, located on the cold and late soil named Chapoin has been able to reach an optimum maturity thanks to ideal september climate conditions. The elevage showed flavors of red fruits and liquorice while keeping the soil-caracteristic smoothness et melted tannins. An elegant and powerful grenache !
