- Dark purple. Powerful, brooding aromas of dark berries and kirsch, along with strong licorice and espresso accents. Deep, rich and sweet, with outstanding concentration to the potent blackberry and cassis flavors. Deep cherry pit and mineral notes on the long, broad-shouldered finish. "The most concentrated classique bottling I have ever made," said Sabon.
