The label depicts the family home which as belonged to the Thomas family for three generations. The family believes in using only natural fertilizers, controlled yields, and practices principles of environmental and responsible agriculture. This wine comes from years of experience built on tradition of hand picking and skillful wine making to produce this special Chardonnay for the connoisseur.

Grown with passion, the vines are almost one hundred years old and produce the prestigious Pouilly-Fuissé and the Saint-Véran Vieilles Vignes. The Thomas family knows the value of its inheritance, increasing the value of its patrimony and developing, plot by plot, a wide and rich range of great Burgundy wines. The wine-estate, whose main part belongs to the Saint-Véran appellation, stretches over 17 hectares.The grapes are always hand-picked and vinified in a modern press-house. However , some"cuvées"are still aged in oak barrels.
