Domaine de la Coche Grolleau Gris 2014

Winemaker's Notes:

Grolleau Gris, a gold-orange skinned grape produces wine that is a slight gold-copper in color. From the westernmost sector fo the Loire Valley, this white wine has body, broad melon and bitter nut aromas and pleasant white pepper spice on the palate and a touch of an orange note. Remarkably, this wine makes an outstanding pairing with Mexican and Thai foods at large. The production is small (23 hecters of sand and shist soil) and sustainable. It is owned by two cousins.
