- (magnum, drunk at dinner) Immediately impressive in modern, smooth-textured, white wine mould. Obviously barrel fermented and lees-infuenced. Very slight note of wet wool but then lanolin and great purity. Very sleek, Great balance. Creamy, rich, broad and persistent yet super-clean.
