This lovely Burgundian wine is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Gamay. It presents a deep crimson color fading to a brilliant ruby around the edges.

This is a very silky wine in the mouth with light and well integrated tannins, mouth watering and food friendly acidity with a medium body.

On the nose there is a very subtle touch of freshly sliced almonds followed by tart cherries with hints of strawberry and herbs.

The wine expresses flavors of tart cherries blended in harmony with a layer of subtle strawberry, rosemary and tarragon and just a hint of vanilla bean.
