Domaine Chandon Champagne Blend Sonoma County Brut Cuvée 1999
Chandon Reserve Brut is a blend of some of the finest fruit from Chandon’s Napa and Sonoma vineyards. This full bodied and robust sparking wine undergoes extended yeast aging for a minimum of three years to develop complexity and body. Rich and creamy, it has biscuit-like aromas of toasted hazelnut with notes of black cherry and ripe apple. Enjoy its complex nutty flavors and lingering finish.
Domaine Chandon is one of the most recommended wineries in the Napa Valley, and the only one with its own 4-star restaurant. The winery established its reputation with sparkling wines, and in 1989, the winery began crafting still wines from the classic Champagne varietals Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier.
