Based on our estate chardonnay, this sparkling wine will be a long-lived classic. Aromas of honeysuckle, pear, passion fruit and lemon blossom are accented with notes of white flower. The wine is overlaid with a crème brûlée character. Creamy elements enhance the superbly long silky finish.
