Domaine Bouchard Père et Fils la Cabotte Chevalier Montrachet Grand Cru 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

White Wine Of The
Vintage
It is hard to choose between Bouchard's Le Montrachet and their
Chevalier, La Cabotte which is not entirely surprising when you see the two
adjacent plots on the hillside. These would be two absolute gems in any
cellar.
(Jasper Morris MW, BBR Burgundy Buyer)

A marvellously full and complex nose announces this Chevalier-Montrachet,
La Cabotte Grand Cru wine with its marvellous purity of flavour, exceptional
density and length. The fruit just keeps on growing on the palate, with
everything in perfect harmony. We are arguably in Montrachet territory here.
