Domaine Bernard Baudry Chinon Grezeaux 2010
I started drinking this way too early. Lovely. Tart cherries and leather, maybe a hint of red bell pepper, with a floral, fruity aroma. It feels like the wildness of a cab franc, all dressed up for a fancy dinner.Add winemaker's notes
Originating from a family of winemakers in Cravant, Bernard Baudry started his career as a wine consultant in a laboratory in Tours, working alongside Jacques PUISAIS, after having studied oenology in Beaune. After 5 years of gaining experience he decided to start up his own business in 1975 with 2 hectares of vines.
