Holy cow. Props to Christy at the lovely Franky Wines downtown for pointing me in the direction of this bottle. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Viognier and Roussanne from the Languedoc. Fascinating wine with lots happening. The perfumed nose and roundish body of Viognier with the acidity and a bit of herbal pungency from the Sauvignon Blanc.. as well as characteristics from the other two (I hear this "chardonnay" is getting popular). Lovely. Lovely. Lovely. Lovely.
