Toasty marshmallow nose that's a little bit doughy, with ripe fruit. Strong body with good acidity and moderate tannins, red fruit in the finish.
I thoroughly enjoyed this wine. The nose reminds me of cooking smores over a campfire. Very smokey. Dry with a nice smooth blackberry finish.
Nice acidity and good, red fruit. It's just tart enough with a smooth finish. Going to pick up another bottle to serve with meat ragu tonight.
