- Seems so odd that this bio wine has to carry an address in Paris La Defense to give its credentials. Henning Hoesch was one of the first and most dedicated incomers to Provence and organic methods. Very healthy crimson. But this smells volatile to me - just too porty with a hint of cumin. Certainly challenging! Leaps out the glass and licks you all over. Get down, boy. Gosh, well you wouldn't choose this to drink with mere acquaintances... I can see where it's coming from and where it's going to - it's just rather a shock to have it washing all over me en route.
