Winemakers Notes
Light yellow. Good, fine and persistent, mousse. A somewhat shy nose of light white and yellow fruit, lemon peel, and a slight nutty touch. Good definition in mouth with more white fruit and good acid. A very classy and charming champagne

Reviews for 1993 Vintage
For this price, I suggest you buy yourself a Krug.
A delicious '93, bursting with toast, coffee and hazelnut flavors on an elegant, focused frame. Good intensity and length... Wine Spectator. A Champagne Blend wine from Champagne in France. 1993 Moet Chandon Dom Perignon 750ml
This is the latest release of Oenothèque. It is a youthful Champagne, light in color, rich and honeyed on the nose. Honeyed lemon on the palate, with toasted brioche, leads to intense, cyrstalline minerality.
Rating: 91/100 - As reviewed by International Wine Cellar in Issue 99, November/December 2001. ($120) Understated, pure aromas of musky stone, orange, smoke and truffle. Full, ripe and harmonious; not a huge or superconcentrated wine but quite subtle and fine, with brisk, juicy flavors of orange and minerals. Lingering, ripe finish.
Rating: 89/100 - As reviewed by Wine Spectator.
