Winemaker's Notes:

The original Chateau de Selle, the Rose that made Domaines Ott famous. Delicious 2011 vintage, young and fresh, the way a Rose should be. Enjoy it throughout the summer. A golden pink color. The nose combines hints of peach, lily, and citrus fruit with finesse. A round, silky-smooth sweet taste, with a lively finish. Hand-picking, extremely selective sorting and delicate pressing of the grapes, and finally maturing in oak barrels, are just some of the reasons why Domaine Ott Rose has a reputation of being the finest rose in the world. A delicious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Cinsault. Domaines Ott winery is located on a former dwelling of the Counts of Provence, a superb 18th century country house in Provence. The surrounding estate, entirely carved into the rocky land by Marcel Ott, his children and grandchildren, has been remodelled and replanted several times over.
