All Domaine Briday wines are vinified in stainless steel to preserve their liveliness and structure. Stephane’s moderate use (rarely more than 15%) of new oak barrels for aging expresses the best qualities of the wine from different parcels in each vintage. Côte Chalonnaise wines – while not yet as well-known as those in neighboring Maçon and Côte d’Or – are characterized by their depth, intensity and considerable power, and offer an excellent introduction to Burgundy.
