Dom de la Courtade l'Alycastre Blanc 2010

Member Review by Philip James:

Slightly mineral and strawberry, with a hint of peach, on the nose. Nice and crisp, with watermelon flavors in the mouth. Some spice on the finish. Fairly nice, very refreshing, a solid rose. Serve with salads, picnic, or as the wine has a lot of body for a provence wine something heartier would pare well too: barbecue, meats etc. I had it with a steak salad.

Really refreshing, crisp rose, wonderful summer wine that went well with grilled shrimp.
