Dolium is latin for Amphora and this is the first underground winery in Argentina. Situated in Luján de Cuyo, this is a very state of the art enterprise; CA winemaker, Paul Hobbs consults regularly. A well-structured, spicey Malbec that hits all the descriptive notes perfectly. Boysenberry fruit, not too jammy with cocoa dust and exotic spices are confirdently presented on this full-bodied wine. If you are not keen on Asado, then pair with a prime beef burger.
