Dolç de Lobac Late Harvest 2000
An incredibly rich, fortified dessert wine that's harvested late and is therefore sweet. The mouthfeel is viscous and certainly the type of dessert wine that you can pair up with churros con chocolate or if you prefer a salty counterpart, blue cheese.Add winemaker's notes
Two decades ago with the foundation of this cellar and the creation of these Wines, Charles Pastrana and Mariona Jarque commited themselves to a renaissance of the D.O. Priorat in a land with more than thousand years of wine making tradition, where the order of Saint Bruno founded in 1149 the first carthusian monastery of the Iberic Peninsula which was the cultural, social and economic center of the region.
