Diemersdal Sauvignon Blanc Durbanville 2010

Winemaker's Notes:

These grapes were grown on south-facing slopes, in granite-clay soil, with cool Atlanic sea-breezes. These conditions help keep the fruit prominent, but not overpowering. A dazzling lemon-lime color and a nose of tropical fruit lead to a palate of figs and gooseberries. Minerality and good acidity compliment the fruit for a nice, lingering finish. Gold medal winner of the 2010 Michelangelo International Wine Award.
