Diamond Creek Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Red Rock Terrace 2007
Over the past decade Red Rock has gained an enviable reputation for producing superb ultra premium wines. They are handcrafted on the estate from vines that creep up the side of a dormant volcano west of Geelong. The mineral-rich soil, low rainfall and cool climate result in a unique terroir which, when coupled with sensitive winemaking, yields distinctly individual wines with power and finesse.
Oh beautiful claret, how I love the.
I'm always in search of a good domestic cab. I felt this was above average. It was bold but smooth. Good with cheese and dinner. give it a try.
A very nice, smooth red, ideal everyday wine.
Scents of berries and cedar. Complex and tart with cherry and licorice flavors.
Strong alcohol scent, somewhat tart to start (although it mellows after aeration). Dry yet fruity, smooth but firm tannins, easy to drink. I'm not usually a huge fan of cabernet but I love this!
Wow...great wine, rich and lingering on the palate. Great vanilla taste and tannins on the back end. Excellent wine.
Lovely vanilla finish

This Claret is always elegant, but this year it's a true show stopper; lush with a beautiful tapestry of smooth tannins, intense flavor, and seductive aromas.
Claret is a term originally coined by the British to describe Cabernet-based wines. This Cabernet, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, Malbec blend is a deep, rich, firmly structured wine that offers lively aromas and succulent flavors of wild berries, plum, and anise. - Winery
This vibrant young Cabernet opens up after 30 minutes to reveal deep black fruits with a nice anise touch. The finish is elegantly long. A potential classic.
As of last year, we've been able to include estate-grown Merlot and Cabernet Franc in the blend, which also includes Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa, Sonoma, and El Dorado counties. The small amounts of Malbec and Petit Verdot we add help to strengthen color, weight, and structure. Our Claret is always elegant, but this year it's a true show stopper; lush with a beautiful tapestry of smooth tannins, intense flavor, and seductive aromas. When paired with classic dishes such as beef stroganoff, leg of lamb or potato gratin, you can create a sublime dining experience.
The cornerstone of Coppola's Diamond Collection, this Cabernet-based blend is hearty and full-flavored, but very soft on the palate. Deep black fruit and spice notes abound, making this a great easy-drinking red for burgers, pulled pork or goulash.
Red Diamond Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 and all other wine from Red Diamond are readily available to ship at discount prices. We carry many premium wine from across the world.
A chocolatey wine with a deep red color, dark plummy fruits, and a nice dose of warm baking spices on the finish. Silky-smooth tannins give it a great friendly structure.
