Minerality on the nose with apples, apricots, little bit of lemon. Apricots, butter and apples with refreshing acidity on the palate, little hints of citrus fruit coarsing throughout. Nice complexity, great with the appetizers, of roquefort/peach salad and cold scallops. very enjoyable with entire meal
