Light, crisp, fruity-perfect with brunch.
Good kiwi Sauvignon Tasted in club by 14 participants, compared to four other Sauvignon. What the tasters have thought: Nose plant (a little cat pee), almost a little mineral and smoke. Also hints of butter. Even a little bread wet. On the palate, the greenness and the bitterness of citrus peel, almost a little metal. The acidity can be spicy but very different takes notes. Tasting date: Dec. 16, 2011 Maturity: Drink today Opinion on the maturity: Why wait? Does not seem to do it: it is ready to give everything at once.
Strong Grapefruit flavor, perfect for a summer day. Full body with excellent finish, almost peppery.
Purchased based on hype over the delta pinot. Found it to be rather a mild sav blanc missing alot of the zest that other malbourgh savs have. Very consumable but not amazing.
