Winemaker's Notes:

Location: The Russian River Valley, known as "America's Burgundy", located in the heart of Sonoma County. Soil: Volcanic, calcium-rich soil. Varietal: 100% Gewürztraminer. Winemaking: The juice was fermented in stainless steel tanks at an average of 50 F, and inoculated with VL-1 yeast, which partners with the grape to produce moreintense varietal floral and spicy aromas and flavors. Visual Aspect: Light golden color. Nose: Enticing aromas of grapefruit, citrus blossom and lychee are complemented by hints of spice and exotic fruit. Palate: Fresh fruit components of grapefruit and white peach create a lovely balance with the bright acidity of the wine. Smooth and supple, the lingering finish makes your mouth water for the next sip. Food Pairing: Roasted Turkey with Savory Stuffing Sea Scallops over Angel Hair Pasta A refreshing aperitif on a hot day Sizes Available: 750 mL
