Dei Feudi di San Gregorio Falanghina Campania 2007
Dark golden color but still very clear. Floral and fruits on the nose. Distinct taste of honeydew melon with a green hint. Finish lingers and mellows leaving a delightful aftertaste. Very crisp and enjoyable.
A straw yellow in the glass with green highlights. A great nose, honeyed, aromatic and tropical fruits coming forth. Really creamy bold palate, textured and fruity, some fresh hints of melon. I love this wine for QPR, a firm favourite

From a cluster of small vineyards all in hillside locations at altitudes ranging from 1000 to 1300 feet in the vicinity of Monte Taburno within the Sannio district close to the border with Irpinia. Most of the grapes for this wine are supplied by outside growers under long-term (15 years or more) contracts. Management of these vineyards is exacting and entirely operated according to strict disciplines established by Feudi di San Gregorio. A progressive acquisition of these properties by Feudi di San Gregorio is well underway.
