Winemaker's Notes:

All of the Pinot Noir was fermented with native yeasts and the 12% of the wine was put into new French oak barrels and the rest into 2 and 3 year old French oak barrels where it underwent secondary fermentation.

Tasting Notes:

A truly classic Oregon pinot noir: lightly oaked, luscious and silky, it shines on the palate with notes of pure red cherries and black currants. Produced entirely with grapes from the Deer Creek Vineyards family estate in Southern Oregon, it offers a vivid sense of place.

All of the Pinot Noir was fermented with native yeasts and the 12% of the wine was put into new French oak barrels and the rest into 2 and 3 year old French oak barrels where it underwent secondary fermentation.
