Deer Creek Vineyards Chardonnay 2011

Winemaker's Notes:

In 2011 we choose to pick our varieties fully ripened yet not as high in sugar. The fruit was whole cluster pressed, cold settled and then racked to stainless steel tanks for natural fermentation. Individual lots were then aged, sur lie in stainless steel tanks, for two months before being racked off the lees.

Tasting Notes:

Leading aromas of golden honey, green apple and citrus with a hint of oak toast, nutmeg, fig and melon. A well balanced Chardonnay. A great glass of wine as a summer sipper or as an accompaniment to a wide array of foods.
