Deer Creek Vineyards Chardonnay 2010
The Chardonnay fruit was destemed into steel fermentation tanks, where it spent 7 to 10 days cold soaking before fermentation began. All of the chardonnay fruit was fermented with native yeasts. After fermentation, the wine was put into barrel where it underwent secondary fermentation in neutral oak to emphasize the naturally fruity character of the Chardonnay grape.
