Food Pairings for Deakin Estate Sauvignon Blanc
Deakin Estate's efforts are focused on producing fruit of the highest quality and expressive wines brimming with flavour and varietal character. The range of wines was launched in 1994 in limited quantities. Since then their investment in extensive vineyard plantings has allowed them to share our distinctively Australian wines with customers around the world. This wine is best enjoyed young for its zesty, youthful freshness. Classic food matches are oysters and goat's cheese but things such as white fish, shellfish, chicken, asparagus, risotto and Asian dishes would also be delicious.
