Spicy and vegetal. Roasted red pepper and tomotoes on the palate with a touch of crushed rasperries.
Fantastic Cab Franc. Aromas of bell pepper, sour cherry, earth, and minerals. On the palate the wine has a lovely, satiny textiure--all the plushness is in the texture, it doesn't come from the fruit. Earth, leaf, sour cherry on the palate. Really lovely, really well-balanced, and everything Cab Franc is supposed to be.
