Tasted 02/10/2012 Nice straw yellow, fine and long foam. The nose of the typical chardonnay notes of pineapple and peach are flanked by notes of toasted hazelnuts, honey and acacia flowers. A minerally chalk and marine notes makes the background. Impressive minerality, fresh and very delicate mousse on palate, return the yellow fruits and flowers and then close the typical and very delicate notes of lime. Assaggiato 10 febbraio 2012 Bel paglierino carico, spuma fine e continua. Al naso le note tipiche dello chardonnay di ananas e pesca gialla si affiancano note tostate di nocciole, miele e fiori di acacia. Una grande mineralità di gesso e note marine fà da sottofondo. In bocca è la mineralità quella che colpisce per prima, fresco con una spuma lieve al palato, ritornano i frutti gialli e floreale per poi chiudere sulla tipica nota di lime, delicatissima.
