Nice Russian River chardonnay with medium oak, smooth mouthfeel, nice stone fruit, some golden apple and subdued acidity.
Visited De Loach in 2007 and 2008...no grand "Chateau", just a barn with GREAT wine! The Sonoma county countryside... I love the pastures and vineyards. The 2007 Russian River Chardonnay was sleel apples, slight oaky taste without being overbearing...crisp! LOVED IT! I'm a huge fan of all De Loach wines!
