this is a very good example of what a Sauvignon Blanc should taste, different from the regular market, yellow with medium intensity, with a little more than a medium body, the wine is sound, on the nose has elder flowers, green apple, orange peel, some acacia, grape fruit and has that minerality that characterizes the wines from Pouilly-Fume, great wine with a long finish with the citrus lingering on the tongue. very balanced overall.

Very complex. Floral smell with approvals of elder, citrus fruits and grasses. The soft, round acid gives the wine the stimulating freshness which fascinates at the palate.
