This crisp, clean Sauvignon Blanc hails from one of the Cape's coolest growing regions, located just northeast of Cape Town, in close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. Crafted in an elegant style by Cellarmaster and renowned winemaking guru Charles Hopkins, it combines typical Sauvignon grassy-herbaceous notes with tangy citrus and tropical fruit flavors and hints of green pepper. Enjoy with shellfish, white fish, chicken, green salads or soft, creamy cheeses.
