The Dolcetto grape ripens well in the cooler vineyards around Alba and it is here that it is at its most expressive. The nose is fragrant leading to a rich and round palate with notes of liquorice, spice and almonds on the finish.

This single vineyards Dolcetto d'Alba is medium-bodied and full of dark cherry fruit aromas and lively acidity. A classic match with salami and other tempting salty fare.
