Food Pairings for David Frost Merlot
Full bodied, low tannin, non-mouth coating wine. Deep/dark in color, almost brown. Mild nose with chocolate notes. The wine is an extremely complex wine that needs to breath before serving. This wine has a little bit to it and for the moderately experienced to expert wine snob.
A rich, full bodied wine with lovely fresh, plummy fruit aromas and flavours. Sweetness of fruit balanced well with savoury oak.
