Add your review[Coffee Shop] high acidity, little fruit; lacks that qualities that made the 2002 so enjoyable; will not be buying more.
Dark for pinot. fruit, cinnamon, oak. Velvety mouthfeel, firm tannins, with great fruit, and some heat on the finish. Amazing, I really enjoyed this wine. Probably could have held this wine for a few more years.
Lucky enough to visit the vineyard on my travels. bought a few bottles and this was as good as it gets. sublimely smooth and perfectly balanced.
Boy, was this a fantastic wine! Pronounced "chuck more" the grapes from this vineyard display some definite heavy-hitter potential. It is a very fruit-forward Pinot, as are most in the David Bruce style, but it had the structure to age nicely until 2008 when we drank it. Silky tannins and full of fruit, yet tempered with spice and tobacco. So happy I've got one more bottle of this baby!
Opened this last night for special Valentine's Day dinner. I'm glad that we waited to drink this, but it will certainly age for a few more years in your cellar, if you are lucky to have it! Nose is full of red berry and vanilla, and has very silky tannins. The nice long finish has good minerality, along with more red berries and a touch of leaves.
