Dashwood Pinot Noir Marlborough 2010

Member Review by Nicki Gig:

smoky earthiness, dried cherry flavors combined with some raspberry, blackberry and a bit of pepper. delicate characteristics, obvious acidity which makes it nice with the appropriate meal

Dashwood:
Dashwood is a brand of wines produced by Vavasour in the Awatere Valley in New Zealand. These wines use fruit sourced from the Awatere as well as Wairau Valley, which gives them a balance of ripened, fruit-forward flavors and minerality. These are everyday drinking wines meant to be consumed young upon release.
