- Dashe was recommended to me while tasting around Healdsburg, CA and it did not disappoint. Dry Creek Valley is arguably the best place for Red Zinfandels in the entire US. This wine is intense but not overpowering and for someone who loves this type of wine, it is one of the best I have ever tasted (and may ever taste). I've had two separate vintages of this wine and both were equal and above nearly everything else. It's not expensive to buy (~$25) which is very nice because this is a rare find in that you get such an amazing wine for an affordable price. Highly, HIGHLY recommended.
