Darling Cellars Shiraz(2007)
OK- here's where Darling Cellars have really pushed the boat out. One of their best reds, this complex Shiraz is a mouthful of chocolate without the huge calorie guilt trip! Ripe fruit, full palate, fabulous finish...need I say more?

- Shiraz is one of South Africa's primary varietals, and this wine is a nice example of their style. Full and rich without a hint of jamminess. Nice fine tannin for structure and mouthfeel. Amazing with pulled pork, will work well with anything off the grill.
