Dark Horse Cabernet Sauvignon 2011
This is my absolute favorite wine. I love most red wines, and sometimes spend big bucks. This wine tastes like you spent big bucks and easily compares to wines costing up to $30, in my opinion.Add winemaker's notes

My Rating 90: the is a deep dark highly extracted wine with a firm full bodied flavor. Hints off dark berries and cedar. Nose restrained and clean with nice complex flavors Very good !
A deep, dark wine that's great for a chilly night. A heaping helping of dark fruits, purple lollipops, and a sweet, vaguely vanilla finish. Great with a meal.
For the price, I think this red is a classic. No edge to the finish at all. A lovely rich and smooth winter wine.
Three and a half glasses
