Darioush Chardonnay Napa Valley 2009
Vibrant key lime, orange blossom and honeysuckle aromas predominate. Upon release, the wine is blessed with an exceptionally graceful and persistent mouthfeel defined by Fuji apple and white peach. Youthful, with a firm mineral structure, the wine shows delicacy and complexity in the finish with notes of hazelnut oil, chalk, and creamy vanilla bean. Aged 11 months in 70% new French oak- Siruge, Damy and Francois Freres Burgundy barrels. Winemaker: Steve Devitt. 1,410 cases produced.
